Audio And Modem problem

Manufacturers sometimes provide specific drivers for their machines or hardware. What is the manufacturer and model of the laptop (probably on the case) and I assume the audio is built in -- is the modem built into the computer or is it a PCI attachment card entered into a slot on the machine? The make and model of the computer may answer both questions if you do not know about the modem.
