I can't get the car seat adaptor off the bugaboo frog - it seems stuck. Manual doesn't show how to take it off and I'm assuming I just need to press in white area on either side of...

The white buttons on the adaptors should just push in and then you lift off. If it's stuck try using some silicon spray and brute force.

I can't get the seat/carry cot off the base/frame

The large white square buttons have to be pushed inward to release the seat / carry co, the side opposite the brake lever has a small safety switch that has to be slid forward before you can press it in. If it's still stuck use some silicon spray to lubricate the buttons than use brute force. I man is useful for this *-)

Hi, when I open my Bagaboo Frog stroller and flick the front (small wheels) out, they dont lock into place. This means when i am walking if I lift the pram up to go onto a curb, those small front wheels...

The chassis is locked by the seat or bassinet unit clicking down onto the black prongs that stick up from the central hubs. It would be mechanically impossible for the front wheel assembly to swing back if the seat was fully engaged into the hub as it has a large plastic block that fits into the hubs to lock them. Remove the seat check for any obvious damage, spray some silicone spray on the prongs and the square white lock buttons. Wipe of excess with a paper towel than try to fit seat again. macnutz_13.jpg

Stroller is folded over and we can not bring it up to sitting position

Not sure if you mean the handle is locked up and won't move or the seat is locked up and won't move? The front and rear wheel units are locked by the seat unit. The handle has two release buttons that have to be opperated at the same time to release the handle. The seat tilts by pressing the large white buttons on the side. Let me know what part is not working and I'll try to help.

Seat recline buttons stuck

Hi,

I would suggest that you return this for a repair to your retailer, if this is in warranty (2 years).
If not, you can dismember the white (retangle) buttons quite easily to enable the release of the seat frame,. On each button there is a small clip either side that you have to push in together. Inside each button is a spring, just make sure that you keep the spring for when you have put it back together. It does sound like the spring has just become dislodged.

I hope this helps.
