My phone randomly decides to not work. NONE of the keys on my phone will work (navigation, letter, call, end, nothing). It works sometimes though but then will take me to the HotSync screen and then my keys won't work anymore. I've tried restarting my phone and the last time it wouldn't turn back on. && I've also tried HotSyncing it to no avail. Please help!

Hi Friend! The best advice I can give is that you bring your phone to a technician for check up. You might not want to tinker with your device on your own and end up with a dead unit altogether but if you wanna give it a try, the problem somestimes is a dirty or corroded keypad. Remove the membrane attached to the keypad and use a cleaning solution such as a paint thinner to clean the keypad surface. Use a piece of cotton with the solution. Another thing you should also check is the keypad connector. Check if it is properly aligned.
Some phones have a keypad lock so you dont accidentally hit the buttons if its in your pocket or something. Maybe try to go to settings and see if there is anything like that.
first, take out the battery and press the RED end call key for 15 seconds, then put the battery back in and turn on the phone.
