Question about Andis Outliner II Hair Trimmer
The trimmers are starting to pull the hair instead of cutting it. And of course I oil them as I should and I even went to the extreme and changed the blades but still the problem exist. I really don't know how old the clipper itself is but its been well maintained. And from what I hear they usually last a while when these are the circumstances. But yet I don't understand why they're pulling the hair. Can you help?
Look if the trimmer is pulling hair, its not lack of oil
its maybe the speed of the trimmer needs to be faster.
its the the plastic flat head skrew on the side.check if the blades separate easiley if theyt do sometimes that makes the trimmer pull hair to.there might be a little plate on the inside of the trimmer and its not holding the blades tight.adjust that not to tight though then the trimmer wont cut

If you've been oiling the blades and have also put a new blade on them it may be an internal adjustment that needs to be corrected. Please send your trimmer to the Andis factory for repairs at 1800 Renaissance Blvd Sturtevant WI 53177. Please include a short note stating the problem as well as your name and address inside the box.
Thank you for purchasing Andis.
