Hello,
You are clearly upset. Some of your readers may not much appreciate the level of language you use. As to your MicroSD card, check if it is not SDHC. If your telephone does not support SDHC, there is nothing you can do except upgrade the firmware of your phone (if possible.)
If I were in your boots, and being so worked up, I would return the card and get my money back.
koodo sucks, switch to telus, they have at lease enough software for your mp3s to work.. im having problems with the videos i import onto it working, but other ones i take myself work perfectly.. koodo is a BIG waste of time and cash..

Music files transferred to the device are not recognised by the player..... and yes they are mp3's. Very frustrating since it's supposed to play mp3's. And no where in this forum is a solution. .............. actually problem solved the files can't be inside folders when tranferring them to the card, they must be loose in the main folder otherwise they don't show up. I hope this helps all who are having problems transferring music to this device.

When music player is activated, message reads " No songs found on memory card". There are 20 that play in other phones on this card.I went to 3 vendors of this phone and tryed to play them .All were displaying the same message.Yet when the vendors inserted this card into other models the songs played fine.I can store pictures on the same card without a problem,so it does read that the card is there.
