Mine doesn't have that code, it says 3745, it is oval and fairly large. I would guess about 6 qts or more, black stoneware. The base busted on me have now a new one, seems a shame to throw it away. I have no idea how much it would cost to ship but if you want it, you are welcome to it for actual cost of shipping only. Email me if you are interested if not no worries, I could turn it into a planter I suppose:)
