No USB mode in settings / Coverter says no available player

First of all. For the video issue. You may not be putting the vidoes in the right spot, where the player searches for them. Or if you are, in the right format. The e260 comes with a CD which contains a PDF manual and a utility for putting vidoes on the e260. If you arent using the utility that came with the e260 you wont get the vidoes to work because they will either be in the wrong format or spot. As the folder which they are supposed to go into is hidden, you must ask windows or your os to show hidden files/folders to manually insert the videos. As for your USB problem, Turn on the player and press the power button breifly to return the the modesd/welcome screen. Scroll through until you see settings and hit the enter button [The button inbetween the scroller] Then use the blue scroller to scroll down through the entire list until you see a setting called USB Mode. Hit enter again and in most cases select MSC. This should fix your problem. If it doesnt, attempt at updating the frimware of the player.

Blue screen

Remove your back plate and slip the battery out for a second. Should clear it right up no problem. Next time make sure to close programs that might be using the device before unplugging it.

easy fix my friend its temporary firmware problem . ok now to fix it plug the sansa in your pc ,just doing so can fix the problem if not ,unplug it from the pc the unit should have stayed on (the blue LED's of the wheel r on but no screen backlight) push the ON button on the side and hold it push for a good 20 secon then releass it that will make the unit do a soft reset and then turn it back on again it may chow the low bat simbol just plug it back in your pc the screen will show the turning arrow the backlight of the screen will work, let it recharge and there you go fix.
