i have by mistake changed the output through the setup menu away from US format, now i can not see the menu to be able to change this back, how can i do this and or reset back to factory defaults

What month and year did you buy the system? What have you now managed to set it to? Also if you email me at kw7157@yahoo.co.uk I can send you a copy of the correct manual for your model.
