Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have an all in one printer from Brother. It's an MFC-210C and I have tried everything that I know to do to print. I've checked my cartridges and they're full, but it's still saying install cyan. I don't know much about printers and I need your help. What do I do now?
I had that same printer before. You have to take the cyan cartridge out and blot it onto a piece of paper till you see ink come out and when you reinstall it you have to make sure it is seated properly. The run the brother printer program and select cleaning under the maintenance tab. This should work. Also try and make sure you use original brother ink cartridges because if you buy the refilling ink jet kit this will clog your nozzles and it will read as empty.
