Big white blur, cloud like, Center of LCD TV

I have seen similar effects like this & it is usually due to a flaw in the screen. A replacement screen is the only cure.

The lower left 1/4 of my screen is discolored slightly. It shows red highlights in peoples faces. The area is shaped a a square or rectangle and seems to be exactly a quarter of the screen. The TV was...

it need to demagnetize using a demagnetizer or permanent magnet (PM). move the PM to the center of the tv then rotate it ccw make a round small circle to bigger circle as you move the PM away from the screen. But do not put speaker near the tv. You can also switch off the tv for a night then turn on again this process will demanetize the screen automatically but be sure no speaker put near the tv. If this will not solve the problem. it might be the technician forgot to refix the degausing coil or Thermostat.

Pictures are blur

Hi,

Your pictures are blurry because the camera did not focus properly on the subject.

First, turn on the camera in any picture taking mode (or video mode), then look at the screen or viewfinder. There should be four white corners in the center of the camera display. This is your targeting area.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Aim the camera at your subject so this center area is directly on it.

2. Press the shutter button lightly, not all the way down. Wait for a second or two WITHOUT RELEASING YOUR FINGER. If the white corners turn green, keep the finger on the button and press it all the way.

(Once the screen flashes black, a picture is taken and you can release the finger).
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If the targeting area turns red and blinks, then the camera has not focused. You can to try to focus again by following step 1 and 2. If a picture is taken when the targeting area is red, then the picture will be blurry.

If there is no targeting area, then you can still focus by aiming the camera at your subject. Now follow step 2. A green box will appear on the subject, then a sharp picture can be taken.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The red arrow that flashes means that the pictures or videos are being written onto the memory card.

Also, try to be steady when taking pictures, because slight hand movement can cause blurry images too.

Page 25 in the DMC-FZ7's english manual will also explain how to focus.

Sony KV-32FV27 Picture Discoloration

It appears that the greenish discolored area could be cause by the Yoke or it could also be some magnetization on the screen as well.
If it's the yoke that moved slightly out of position, it can be adjusted, but i would suggest to let a repair tech do it due a high voltage around the area.
Try unplugging the TV for some time and plug it back in and hopefully the demagnetizer circuitry might be able to clear the greenish spot.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

It's definitely your VCR that is causing the problem. Move your VCR, if you don't get any results you need to send it to repair.
