I have a kenmore ultrawash dishwasher, model # 665.17014401. The lock on light as come on causing nothing to work on the washer. How do I get it to turn off

the lock light that comes on means you have a open heater circut you may need to call for service try this press the following keys in this order
hi temp wash
air dry
hi temp wash
air dry
wait 30 seconds then press cancel hope this helps
