Question about Brother HL 1440 Laser Printer
My lasar printer doesn't want to print. It was making this funny clicking noise when I would try to print. It would grab the paper but it would stop feeding and get stuck and I would have to almost rip the paper out to unstick it. Now it's not making that noise anymore but it won't feed the paper at all and the "alarm" button is on continuously.
I have a feeling that there is paper stuck inside where I can't get to it without removing some screws which I'm hesitant to do....I have pulled the toner cartrige out and looked everwhere I could. Please help!!
You will have to lift all the compartments up and look for any loose paper.

According to your problem, first check the printer settings. Go to the Printer and faxes wizard in control panel. Right click on printer, if you fond there Resume printing then click on it. It will make printer working. Then reboot the printer and the system both. If it doesn't help you then there is the problem of printer software. Reinstall printer driver/ software again and reboot the both.
