How Can I Remove Things From My Cell (i425) Through The Computer?

My menu button stopped working after testing a few ringtones on it. I want to remove some of them and put different ones on there. I also want to remove some of the apps taking up space on my phone.

Unfortunately, my menu button is broken and I cannot do it through the phone. I heard there was a program that could do it manually by using the computer. I already have a USB cord, so what software do I use?
