Question about Toshiba 62HMX84 62" Rear Projection HDTV
Ok this is probably something stupid but last night I turned on the set and got no picture.... from any input, but had sound. I was thinking it might be the lamp, but I can call up the setup menu, the preferences menu menu... all the interior stuff works fine. further when the cable box is off it says "no video signal" when I turn the cable box back on that message goes away. I only have the blue light on the front. steady.. no blinking. Ive tried everything I can think of. am I just stupid or is something wrong? Thanks
Tried to turn TV on, but got no picture. Can't call up the menu. A dvd was the last thing played on it.

So what Happened, I got the same problem just now suddenly after one year? Did you need a service guy? Was is the map or circuit inside? What service guy did you call?

Do you get this accross all inputs on the TV? if so then you have a problem in the video switching circuit causing a loss of both color and video information.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
