Question about Kodak Easyshare M753 Digital Camera
Are the batteries freshly charged? Take them out, even if they are, and replace and make sure there is good contact. If the camera's lens was held in when it was turned on, the motor could be burned out, through misuse/accident. I hope not, for your sake. If that fails, take it to a good camera store for repair.
