Question about Garmin StreetPilot C330 GPS Receiver
When I go to put in an address, it says "Can't Unlock Maps". What do I do? None of my recently visited addresses are in there...it seems like it erased it's entire memory. HELP!
There is an issue with the pre-loaded maps that requires service. To arrange for factory service, submit a technical support request to Garmin using our online form at:
Be sure to complete all fields and write 'Can't Unlock Maps' in the question field. Garmin Product Support will create an RMA number and send it along with shipping instructions for warranty repair.
