Tv will not recieve signal from remote (by 2 users)

posted by lmyester on Dec 06, 2007

My tv will no longer recieve a signal from any of the remotes including the original. Is there anything on the tv that can be replaced to help with this?

Exact same problem. Mine blew a fuse and when they replaced the fuse and soldered some circuit, the tv would not accept the remote anymore - related?

There is a sensor in the tv you could get replaced which gos bad sometimes. It is most of the time not expensive.
