How can i unblock firewall on msn ?

first of all go to control panell there open windows fire wall, there turn off the fire wall of windows.
after that go to msn massenger option there is a privacy option, change them according tour desire

double click your norton thing in the taskbar and click the tab about internet security. Then click to open the settings section. Under web browsing, click the personal firewall. Click the configure button. A new window will open and then in the side panel, choose program control. Find msn in the list and choose 'allow.' If it's not in th elist, click add and find it on your computer and continue accordingly.

if you recently downloaded McAfee, for some reason, it has a huge problem with granting access to msn messanger. Its not your computers firewall that has the problem, its McAfees. So basically what I did is click on the McAfee Icon on the toolbar, and go to settings, enter the security centre and tyr going to recent events, and see if on the list it says “Program Windows live messenger has been blocked access……” Blah blah blah. So click on this, and at the bottom, click, GRANT ACCESS. This should work, cos it did for me!! So good luck, let me know if you got on well
