there is some .exe file that is continuely running on ur PC that can resists to install ur desired software. first of all go to run write msconfig then go to startup tab there unchek all those file which u dnt konw or helpful to ur PC
then apply those stting restart ur PC and then install ur Softer
hope so ur problem will solved
