Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
I own an e260 sansa sandisk. I download music using windows media player. How do I download videos using windows media player? Because everytime i click sync (for video) this thing will pop up saying"Windows media player cannot convert the file to the format required by the device." It's bugging me. Someone PLEASE RESPOND
Im having this problem too. I believe the video needs to be formatted for the device. Problem is I dont know which forrmat the device supports.

You need to use the sansa media converter program that came with the sansa on the CD. This is used for photos and for video. The supported files are listed on the screen once you open it.
