Have had keyboard and mouse for several years. Mouse works fine but keyboard is unable to connect. I have changed batteries and tried several new batteries. Changed USB ports, Moved power source further away from keyboard and computer.

The mouse is working fine in all other ways except that the back button has stopped working

Have you tried changing the batteries? My mouse has an issue just like that when the batteries get low.

Logitech ex 100 mouse doesn't work

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it to Reset/Connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly.
If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.

I have a nx2 nexxtech remote mouse. I replaced the 2 batteries (AAA) and it lights up, but does not work on the laptop. Any ideas what is wrong?

First, put charged batteries into your keyboard and/or mouse. Then, plug the adapter into the USB port. Then, press the big, round button on top of the adapter and the CONNECT button on the bottom of the mouse (not simultaneously). Then, press the big, round button on the adapter, and the connect button on the bottom of the keyboard (not simultaneously). Once the computer is on, click the mouse once, and everything should be working fine. If the mouse and/or keyboard do stop working, then either click the mouse once, try the connection process above again, or change your batteries.

P.S. The connection process is only meant for whichever part is not working (i.e. If the keyboard works, but the mouse doesn't, then only do it for the mouse.)

Mouse and keyboard not working

  1. Remove the batteries from the keyboard.
  2. Make sure you have the mouse synchronized. To do this, press the connect button on the receiver, then press the connect button on the mouse.
  3. Open the iTouch Configuration Panel by double clicking the iTouch icon in the Systray.
  4. Click the Cordless tab.
  5. Click the Connect button in the Control Panel. A dialog box will appear instructing you to press the connect button. Before you do, you should re-insert the batteries.
  6. After inserting the batteries, press the connect button on the keyboard.
  7. Verify both devices function correctly.
If this does not work, please try the steps below:
  1. Remove the batteries from the keyboard and press keys on the keyboard repeatedly (as if typing) for approximately one minute. This will clear out the capacitors.
  2. Press the Connect button on the receiver.
  3. Press the Connect button on the mouse. NOTE: You may need a pencil tip or other small tip to press the connect button.
  4. Press the Connect button on the receiver.
  5. Insert the batteries back into the keyboard.
  6. Press the Connect button on the keyboard.

Connecting wireless keyboard for L3600

There is a button on the bluetooth dongle that needs pressing to get the mouse & keyboard operating, I think I got them to work when the little long blue light on the dongle (there is one) it flashes for a brief time when pressed. I think if the mouse or keyboard button is pressed while its flashing it picks them up. Good luck, it was very tedious, I agree.

Microsoft wireless multimedia keyboard 1.0A

I suppose you should reset the keyboard and mouse and maybe the access point itself. Try find small buttons on each devise and press them AT THE TIME. You may need somebody's help. Those buttos can by hidden under mouse and keyboard and should be on the top of the access point. This depend on the model, so please reffer to a manual.
