Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
This is symptomatic of a malfunctioning water control valve- not closing fully- the hot water one, if the washer is hot and cold fill, and the cold one if it is just cold fill!
Sorry but it needs replacing and a service call ;-0(

One of my favorite problems!

We often think that washers are level BUT one of the 4 feet probably requires adjusting downwards so that it really presses against the floor. So-

Remove power.

Press very firmly against one front corner and in towards the centre (sorry- I'm a retired Englishman living in SW France!) and try to rock it. If it moves even the slightest it's the foot at that corner which requires adjusting- with the open-ended spanner which came with the machine (what spanner?)! An adjustable will do and make sure that the foot is adjusted downwards so that it does really press against the floor, almost to the point of raising the corner but not quite.
If not that corner then do the same with the other.
Once adjusted lock all 4 feet by screwing the lock nuts up tight to the base of the washer so they will not move. You should not be able to rock it anymore.
If, after this action, the washer STILL shakes during the spin cycle, I suspect the drum suspension springs/shock-absorbers as being faulty..........................but I would bet that adjustment will cure it!

It is more than likely the machine is not on level floor. Try levelling up with the feet and the aid of a spirit level.

I think possibly your machine is not on a level surface. Try rocking the machine, if it wobbles, the feet need adjusting to level the machine. It will cause damage in the long run if not levelled.

my kenmore washer elite11 leaks water in the rinse cycle on the floor.

The lint is likely from the drum seal rubbing over time.

try and set your feet on the frount of the washer if the floor is oneven the washer will move about

have you tried lower spin speeds? I found with heavy items such as towels and jeans it is best to lower the spin speed. also washing like heavy items on a certain wash cycle is best - i.e. towels on bluky/bedding.
