Hello, I just purchased this printer & now when I try to print spreadsheets (that I print weekly w/no problems) and labels, nothing is lined up correctly. The spreadsheet cuts off 2 rows yet it's a 1 page sheet. It doesn't move it to a 2nd sheet, it just cuts it off. With my labels they are off, I use Avery Wizard & have never had this happen with other printers.

Try using print preview from the Excel or whatever spreadsheet program to make sure you have correctly selected the worksheet to print. If there is nothing found to print in the application, no print job is sent to the printer.
If that doesn't work, let us know what program you're printing from, what if any errors you get when you try to print, etc.
I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread. If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!
You should tell us your "Operating System, Spreadsheet Program and Printer" for us to give you a difinitive answer. Whithout this info I will attempt to give you a general answer.
In your spreadsheet program, go to "File" and select "Page Setup" and set your paper size and set your margines and Portrait/landscape option. Your spreadsheet display should show you the paper limits for printing each page. Adjust the columns to the paper size. Highlight all the columns and rows you want to print. Find the menu option to set print area and click it. Now the computer will send the paged information to the printer and print as many pages as needed to cover the print area.
I had this problem on my Vista pc but it was for all programs it would
say its printing and nothing happened, what I did was leave the old one
installed on the pc and created another and then deleted the old.But
have you tried uninstalling excell and re-installing it to see if that
changes anything, and when you reinstalled epson did you go to their
site and download the updated firmware/software for the printer this
could be another cause?!
I also had this problem, through trial and error I found that if you go into File, Page setup in excel then the Page tab, make sure the print quality is set to 600 dpi. Once I did that it printed correctly.
Is this printer conected directly to your workstation or via a network? If via network can the problem be replicated on another workstation?
What drivers are you using for the printer and where did you get them?
