One time, I'm using my E10 then after 2-3 pictures the flash gone, there's no flash on 4th and the rest shots and until now there's on flash at all, what should I do? please help me .. thanks

Make sure the battery is fresh or new. Make sure to check all your menu settings. These settings can affect the flash. You can reset to default...then see what happens. You can always sell the camera as a parts camera on a site such as Ebay.

The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.
The E10 works with SD cards. While SDHC cards will fit into the slot, they are electronically incompatible and will not work. You need to use SD cards 2GB and smaller.
