Question about Office Equipment & Supplies

Printer Issue I have a Canon Multipass F60 Printer/Scan/Copier. It has always worked great and then one day it gave me the error message...."Check Printer Press Resume". I have taken it apart, cleared it off, made sure no paper jams, etc... It is still giving me the error which will in turn make it so it will not copy or print. However; It will still scan into the computer. Any suggestions on what is wrong and/or what to do to fix this? Thanks; Misty mrs_t76@yahoo.com

Have you checked the waste tank? Also, have you checked and cleaned the print head?

Is the canon multipass f60 compatible with windows vista (on an hp laptop)?

Canon does not offer Vista drivers for the MultiPass F60. Vista may have some generic drivers that will work, so don't delete or over-ride them in the system.

The major problem is that the printer only supports USB 1.1 and not USB 2.0
