Hi- i just bought QuickTime Pro for Vista and cannot unlock the installer. I typed in my purchase code, which is accepted, but then it says ''registration not recognized''. Has anyone had this problem?

go to the Apple.com Support website
http://www.apple.com/support/
and user Online service Assistent to check your warranty and get repair options for your product.

Try to reboot your computer and see if it is okey, if not then retype your code :O)
