Headphones are discovered but won't connect

My stereo headphones are discovered and show up as one of my available bluetooth devices, but when I try to connect (right mouse click - connect), nothing happens. I still can't use them ( accessed through Bluetooth devices/audio/Plantronics590

You need to pair the device and add bluetooth device to your PC and after that so to sounds options in control pannel and change the settings,,,,,,, if u are not able to do it, please let me know your operating system so that i can solve the issue.
