Question about Roper RAX4232KQ Top Load Washer
My washer stopped in the wash cycle. will not start in any cycle. I hear a faint buzz when knob is turned on, but nothing happens. how can i release the water? what do you think is the problem?
Bsolo, sounds like something jammed in your pump stopping the motor. You will have to remove the cabinet to get at the pump. It has 2 clips that hold it to the motor. The best way to tell for sure is to remove the cabinet, jump the lid switch and start the washer. If the motor runs without the pump, then you know for sure it's jammed. I will try to attach a diagram on how to remove the cabinet.
