THE FIAT BRAVO HAS A STANDARD ISO CONNECTION WHICH SHOULD PLUG INTO MOST AFTERMARKET STEREOS AND THEREFORE YOU WON'T NEED TO KNOW THE COLOUR CODE, IF THERE ISN'T ANY PLUG ON THE STEREO BUY AN ISO PLUG THEY'RE NOT EXPENSIVE AND CONNECT IT TO THE RADIO AND JUST PLUG IT INTO THE CAR HARNESS, YOU DON'T REALLY WANT TO CUT THE CAR'S WIRING

Here is a link to the owners manual for your radio, it should have all the information you need in it for wiring it properly.
