Question about Minolta 2430DL Color Laser Printer
My Konica Minolta 2430DL printer has become invisible to the network and the setup utility cannot find it, although I can ping its IP address ok. If I plug in a USB cable, Windows (XP) finds a USB device but cannot identify it.
Also the buttons on the printer control panel do not work, but the LCD display is still working.
When booted up, the printer makes all the right noises and calibrates itself and becomes “ready” like it used to.

Rack rotation failure, I'm not 100% that this is that error, but does the rack, where the toner are move ? if not, move it with manually a little bit then restart printer.

Is there network card is installed in it, if yes then you can configure it with your network go to machine Manu in machine control panel and the in network settings here you can give the IP address and subnet mask after then reboot the machine.
If network card is no installed behind the machine then you can use its built-in USB or and parallel printer without NIC card.

Open the top cover. Remove the drum (part with long green handle). Below the drum you will see a strip of glass about 4-5 inches long. Take a cloth and wipe across the glass.
This will normally clear up any white lines in your print.

This error (12H) pertains to the Laser Unit of the printer which is damaged and needs to be replaced. The Laser Unit is the heart of the printer, it's what transmits the image to be printed. You need to contact a service center and will run you about $200. I had this same problem with my printer and had to call Technical Support and they gave me the bad news
