Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
My screen doesnt work at all, it wont slide to sos calls neither sliding it off, i cant see menus all i see is the main screen with activate iphone on it. buttons do work aside from that my iphone is handicap.i've tried several times to turn it off and on to reboot it,but nothing happens its still the same... have any idea how to fix this and whats the cause of this?
im desperate bout this... i need to fix this phone
Ahh i think i had something similar to this.. what i did may work for you is, putting the phone in bootloader mode, hold power button + home button for like 10seconds.. This should get you to a screen where it will ask you to connect to iTunes and restore.
So plug it in, iTunes should recognise it and then you should be able to restore it.
Hope it helps

Hi - i had the same problem. It seems that some early adopter iphone users have had sections or entire touchscreens not work. Best thing to do is call the Apple customer care or go to the Apple store. They will take it in for diagnostics and give you a loaner if you want.
My phone was back to me in a few days - and a new iphone btw.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
