Restart the Computer and keep tapping the F8 key for 5 to 7 seconds to display the Advanced Boot Option screen. On that screen, select "Last Known Good Configuration" option. Furthermore, if you've installed any new hardware then uninstall it.
Once the Computer is able to boot successfully, run "chkdsk /f /r" utility to detect and repair any disk errors.
Faulty hardware, a buggy system service, anti-virus software, and a corrupted NTFS volume can all generate this type of error.

Basically this indicates the windows page file is trying to write to a non-paged area. Some common causes of this are a software that is trying to access a memory area it is not allowed to, a bad memory, defective hard drive sectors or too small of a page file. If you have recently installed some software, try removing it. Badly written software often conflicts with operating system drivers causing page fault. Try shutting it off and removing and replacing the memory, a poorly seated memory socket will cause a error. Right click your hard disc properties and run checkdisc- with all options selected, requires a reboot , and then run defrag. Possibly also running some 32 bit programs or drivers on a 64 bit system will also cause that type of error.
