My Nikon D200 refused to turn on!

All of a sudden my Nikon D200 doesn't turn on any more. I have tried different batteries and the grip still no respond. It had been working perfect since I got it. With a battery inserted the viewfinder and both lcds displace nothing. With a battery inserted the viewfinder shows some lines and "B/W" and "0" while the lcds still show nothing. Somebody who knows a little about DSLR repair said it's the main board inside the camera. Anybody has any clue otherwise becase replacing the mainboard by Nikon will cost close to buying a used D200.
