the modem and #1-4 lights on the wireless router arent working (have no light), while the wireless and the power lights are both a steady green...how can i fix this?

hardwire modem to pc instead. confirm cpe. check nic and lan enabled and of necessary change speed and duplex settings. make sure firewall not blocking connections also

check CPE. ensure cables are good, confirm LAN and NIC is enabled. confirm that nic settings correct ie linkspeed and duplex settings, uninstall and reinstall if necessary
