This usually happens when the blade hits something hard like a brick or a pipe. etc. You will have to remove the flywheel and replace the key. Loosen the nut up that holds the flywheel on a few turns, apply some pressure to the bottom edge of the flywheel with a prybar and then give the nut a good rap with a hammer but protect the nut with a piece of hard wood so you dont damage it. This should pop the flywheel loose . You can then replace the key. Also check the blade and shaft for damage.
