Question about MP3 & Digital Media Players
I am trying to contact Samsung customer service but cannot get a phone #. I bought this product almost 1 yr ago and in May/June, the power button stopped working....it is very loose.
any help is appreciated!
1-888-987-4357 will get you in to a live person eventually.
Online FAQ or phone support isn't likely to have a solution for you though.

If you can tell me which model samsung, you could send it to us to repair as we have many parts phones. To do it yourself, You would need a set of tiny tools,
probably a t4 and a t5 on your samsung. You would then carefully open it and check out the problem. If a major piece of the phone is broken it is no good without a different board, however if the button broke you would have a chance at replacing it for nothing. It is usually the main board unfortunately. Please post the model number?
