Yes you can upgrade by buying the home networking package. It's $80. Otherwise you will have to upgrade your service. They're giving these modem/routers away free with upgrades.
or Found it...looks like my capped rate is 3008. that is their profile rate they've limited me to, or the maximum my connection can get.
