Re: Call fordwarding

At your phone, without picking up handset.

Press Transfer
Dial 102
use the volume key to scroll to EXT FWD
Press the Right soft key under display (The Btn just Left of the scroll btn under display)
Dial 9 plus your cell # and press the right soft key again
display will say (currently set = no) press the volume key up to change to yes and press right soft key again.
Press Transfer to finish.

Once this is set , all you have to do when you want to set fwd back to busy/noans to vmail, just dial 604. to change it back to external to cell phone just dial 606..

On the Land line phone, dial *72 then you should hear the dial tone again. Enter the 10 digit cell phone number that you want the land line call to go to, hang the phone back up.
*73 will set the calls back to the land line when you no longer need the calls forwarded to the cell phone.

Hi there, my office phone (Samsung officeserv - DS-5007S) series has lost its voicemail option, like it just ring and rings and rings, do you know how to change this and activate the voicemail? or have it...

Hi I have posted a video for you which shows how to forward calls, you need to find out what the Voice Mail number is, so that you can set the forward to this number. there are various options for forwarding, 'All Calls' and 'Busy , No answer' are the best options, if the one uploaded is wrong chech out 'abbeytel' on Youtube where you will find the right one. Just to note that if you want to forward to your cell this is no problem. Further info vist

Call forward is "not allowed"

This is a "Class of Service " option, in the system programing under class of service look for the option "call forward to external Destination" this needs to be set to allow.

I need to retrieve my home phone messages from cell phone

Activating Call Forwarding

You can activate Call Forwarding whenever you want your calls to be sent to another phone, including a mobile phone. Once activated, all your calls will be sent to the forwarding number you request. Each time a call is forwarded, you will hear one short reminder tone on your home phone, but you will not be able to answer the call from your home number.

1. Lift your telephone's receiver and listen for a dial tone.

2. Press *7 2.
In some areas you must use 72#
Dial 1172 on rotary or pulse-dialing phones.

3. At the tone, dial the telephone number where you want your calls transferred.
You will hear the number you entered ring. When the number is answered, Call Forwarding is activated.

4. If the call is not answered or the line is busy, hang up and call the number again within two minutes.
You will hear two short tones telling you that Call Forwarding is activated.

5. Hang up the receiver.

Deactivating Call Forwarding

Turn Call Forwarding off when you want to receive calls on your home phone.

1. Lift your telephone's receiver and listen for a dial tone.

2. Press * 73.
In some areas you must use 73#
Dial 1173 on rotary or pulse-dialing phones.

3. Listen for two short tones.
Call Forwarding is now off and you will receive your calls at your home number.

Call fordwarding

I forward my office phone by dialing 72# and the number.

Your office phone may be on a system that did the forwarding, or you may have to CANCEL call forwarding (73#) before you can set it.

I have a 4025 Not Forwarding to VM?

The Call Forward is set up by using the BLUE Super KEY located below the display. You have to know the Voicemail Pilot Number to be able to complete the programming. Basically you press " superkey ", say NO to the prompts until Call Forwarding comes up, say YES to Call Fordward, choise the type of forward you want ( always, no answer, busy, busy/no answer )dial in the voicemail pilot number, press save and then press the superkey to exit programming. Good Luck
