Problem for BenQ Scan to Web 5000U Flatbed Scanner
Benq scanner still warming up

My scanner is plugged in and the green light is on, when I press the scan button on the scanner it states that the scanner is warming up which takes forever if I were to leave it, it would take the whole day to warm up which should not be. What do you think is the problem?
