if you have recived your virgin media card connect up box install new card when regeistered replace with eurovox box and rescan it worked in other areas
the eurovox was a CABLE receiver, you needed to connect it to a virgin cable supply..
However...Virgin has now switched to nagravision 3 encryption. All eurovox/starview boxes can now only receive SOME free to air programs. If you rescan, all the programs are picked up, but all the encrypted channels are blocked. There is no fix yet, and there will probably be NO fix for your box, or any box without an ethernet connection. Check afterdawn.com or techkings for more info

The Eurovox should be connected to your TV with the Virgin box tucked away in a cupboard somewhere!
