Touch screen not working

If it's still under warranty it'll need to go in for repair. That's a symptom of a digitizer failure. (The part of the screen that recognizes touch). If it's out of warranty the replacement part can be bought off eBay for anywhere from $20-$60, depending on the specific model number and how technically proficient you are. It's really easy to break these screens trying to remove them so it might be better in the long run to just buy a replacement.

all I cant suggest if its still under warranty take it back to place of purchase,my flatmates boy had same problem the guy at the shop where it was brought from fix it in about 2minutes and no charge .

I would suggest to return it, get money back or exchange it. It should still be under warranty.

hi if ur touch screen is not work dont do anything. if the product is under warranty just go near Samsung service center near to ur region they will replace the touch screen without any cash payment if the poduct is uner warranty period

Sorry but your touch screen needs replacement. Take it to the apple store and see if they'll give you a replacement. If they don't there are third party iPhone Repair Services that can fix it for you. There are also free iPhone Repair guide that show you how to fix it yourself.

some time it happens. touch phone screen has always two things first L.C.D means screen and touch panel which is the top of the L.C.D. if your phone touch is not working it could be the touch panel is gone damage. it happens when if you dropped your phone on floor and when its water or liquid damage. you need go to any samsung service centre or any phone repair shop

   That's the main problem with most of the touch screen. 
In case, if it's not working, you need to replace that ( In case, you are sure you haven't played with settings )...

Reset the phone - Factory settings.
In case if the issue would be there, confirmed faulty touch screen. If under warranty, get that exchanged unless buy a new touch screen.
Go for original touch screen setting unless might cause this issue again.
