    just got a replacement receiver

    works for mouse


    not for keyboard

    Same thing, receiver broke, got new receiver. Mouse works, keyboard doesn't. I've tried re-setting them both, using the red buttons, and the same thing continues to happen. Mouse is fine, keyboard, not so much. Frustrating to say the least...

On the bottom of your keyboard, and on the reciever are little buttons, just hold both for 10 seconds and release, then it should also accept the keyboard

Cordless keyboard and mouse

I would first try to see whether the new mouse works with old receiver.
You press button on receiver, then rapidly press the correponding "button" on mouse (usually located under the mouse, you must use the tip of a pen to press on it) I have been able to use different logitech mouses with the same receiver.
However, if you old and new mice use different communication protocols then you will have to use both receivers...

Mouse broke and now keyboard won't work

Is the receiver lights working?
Try this:
Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.

Thing just won't work.

After starting up the computer with the wireless receiver, keyboard and mouse attached,, (with good batteries in both) install the CD software program and thenif it doesn't work follow these instructions:

Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.

Wireless mouse not picking up

Normal 0 Try disconnecting the Mouse Receiver from the USB port and reinstall the CD software program. When the program asks you to connect the Mouse Receiver to the USB port, do so and it should work.

Make sure that your Keyboard and mouse receiver is plugged into the USB port before starting up you computer.
Then using the CD software program that came with the keyboard and mouse, install it.
After installation is complete and the keyboard or mouse doesn't work. Try the following.

Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.
