Problem for LG L1915S 19" LCD Monitor

monitor turned on fine, but "OSD locked" appears when you push any of the buttons on the side. Sometimes it will say "OSD unlocked" but then you cant do anything else. It looks like a service menu will pop up after that, but the buttons are all unresponsive at that point, then it goes back to OSD locked. This is the 2nd monitor I just got after the first one would not always turn on after sleeping. I am running a Mac Pro.
