Cruster jumps allover screen

Try updating the video driver and the BIOS. See if anything changes. If not change try booting to Safe Mode (F8 at boot) and see if the issue occurs there. If it does, replace the palmrest, if not edit MSCONFIG Startup group and Non-Microsoft services and see if the issue stops.

Also, id you haven't moved the system from it's location, try a different room or outside I've seen appliances like air filtration systems cause point issues too
