Question about Brother MFC 210C All-In-One InkJet Printer
How can I repair this problem
You have to buy a new waistinktank (sparepart no. LF7443001 ink absorber) from a service partner which can be found at the brother homepage of your country.
Afterwards you have to open the printer and simply change the box. At the end you have to do a reset of the machine.
DO NOT ONLY DO THE RESET WITHOUT CHANGING THE ABSORBER BOX! YOU WILL SERIOUSLY DAMAGE THE MACHINE!!!
see here how to open the printer cover (the absorber box is called "Alttintentank" in German):
Simply pull out the two tubes, change box and fix tubes.
Reassemble machine again.
Whwn done power up machine. press menu then start b/w copy then fourtimes arrow-up (tel.index). machine will be in maintenance mode. press 8 then zero. press start b/w copy until lcd displays purge XXXX (where X is a no.). press 2 then 7 then 8 then 3 then stopp button. You may have to leave maintenance mode by pressing 9 then 9. Thats it ;-)

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
