I have a Memorex TV and I bought a Sansonic ATSC converter box. I have everything hooked up the way the Sansonic says but all I get is a blue screen with the words, no signal, bouncing around. Help

As of 6/12/09, the over-air broadcast signals went to digital (ATSC) only. Your set does not have and ATSC tuner so it can not receive the new digital signals. The converter box converts the ATSC signals to the NTSC channel 3 or 4.
