FYI if it is the relay, dont waste your money on OEM replacement...Any relay will work.

Have you tried replacing the blinker unit? not sure where it is located on that bike. Make sure all the bulbs work first. Some bulbs have 2 elemenants. If one is out thay won't blink. Hope this helps.

First try a new battery.

Make sure the bike is regularly serviced, new oil, new plugs,clean air cleaner,and drain carburator bowls.
(The carb bowls can get a build up of very fine particles)
