Cannot switch off my nokia 6500 slide.

When we do check bus with MXkey this message will show. SUPERDONGLE_KEY invalid! - WD timer enabled, phone will reboot itself after 3 min. did ur handset fell in water or u are in a cold region.... ?! if it is so then switch off ur mobile, remove the battery and dry it in a hot place also dry ur mobile....

Did you try to reset the phone by removing the battery and placing it back after some time? This normally resets the phone and correct any errors if there is any. Hope this helps.

try giving your phone a hard reset the code is *#7780# . or update its firmware . it will solve your problem.

remove the back panel, call 112 as it calls rmove the bttery . then put the battery n switch on. if it does not work then u will have to reinstall symbian OS in it.

The problem may be because any software my got hanged or any virus may create this problem so kindly check it out.

Or you may try the below steps,

1.Switch off the mobile
2.Remove the battery,sim card and the memory card
3.Hold the Switch ON/OFF button for 20 to 30 sec's
4.Now Replace the battery and the Sim card
5.After it has Switched ON,replace the Memory Card.

Check and revert back

make sure that your phone battery was fully charge,
check if your have a failing battery pack on your unit.
better try to use or change another battery pack.
