Installed a Belkin G Wireless Router F5D7234-4 and modem light is blinking and no internet access. What is wrong?

First, I need to know if this is an existing setup that has failed or a new setup you're trying to get to work?

you can access your router with
http://192.168.15.1

user nams as "admin"
and password as "admin" or blank or "password"

then configure your wan settings as your internet service provider settings.
Enable DHCP in advanced so your computers in LAN get ip from it automatic
