Have been directed to find my Serial number for my Gateway deskto

Thanks for using FixYa. The serial number is usually located on the top, left, right, or back panel of the computer. The serial number is printer on a black sticker with white lettering.

And if you are unable to locate the serial code anywhere then right click on My computer icon on desktop, then click on properties and from there you will be able to see the serial number from there.
